Private Pay Therapy
Why Choose Private Pay?
Many women come to therapy because they want more than symptom management.
They are looking for space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change that supports their overall well-being.
Private-pay therapy allows our work together to be guided by your goals, values, and lived experience rather than insurance requirements.
At Northwoods Velvære Studio, therapy is personalized, collaborative, and centered around the connection between mind, body, emotions, and nervous system health.
Private-pay therapy may be a good fit if you:
✓ Want support that looks beyond symptoms alone
✓ Value privacy and confidentiality
✓ Prefer a holistic and body-centered approach
✓ Are interested in nervous system regulation, mindfulness, inner child work, or self-discovery
✓ Want flexibility in how therapy is structured
✓ Desire space for deeper personal growth and healing
This work is not about fixing what is wrong with you.
It is about creating greater awareness, self-trust, resilience, and connection to yourself.

Therapy as an Investment in Yourself
Many women invest time and energy caring for family, work, relationships, and responsibilities while placing their own well-being at the bottom of the list.
Therapy offers a dedicated space to pause, listen inward, and receive support.
Whether you are navigating burnout, chronic stress, a life transition, grief, chronic illness, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, therapy can help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked along the way.
