Workshops
Northwoods Velvaere Studio is currently creating seasonal workshops that invite women to better understand themselves through a nervous system-informed lens.
Together, we'll explore topics such as burnout, chronic stress, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, self-compassion, neurodivergence, seasonal living, and the mind-body connection. Each workshop is educational, practical, and grounded in the belief that healing begins with understanding.
Whether you're new to this work or looking to deepen your healing journey, these gatherings are intended to leave you feeling more informed, more connected, and less alone.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow led by Wendy, creating space to slow down, move, breathe, and connect with the body.
After yoga, Bobbi Jo will guide you through creating a boho-inspired mini nature intention wall hanging using gathered branches, natural elements, yarn, twine, and wooden beads. You’ll have the opportunity to add a personal intention to your piece and take home something meaningful inspired by nature.
