Therapy for Women & Teen Girls (Minnesota)
Telehealth Somatic Therapy
Therapy sessions are offered via secure telehealth throughout Minnesota.
Many clients find that meeting from their own space allows for greater comfort, grounding, and nervous system support.
Telehealth therapy offers:
• No travel or commute time
• Consistency wherever you are
• Familiar surroundings that support emotional safety
• Flexible scheduling
I am also in the process of obtaining licensure in North Dakota to expand access to care across state lines.
Seasonal Nature-Based Therapy
Private Pay Option
Some healing happens best outside of four walls.
From mid April through mid October, seasonal nature-based therapy sessions are available outdoors in New York Mills. These 60 minute private-pay sessions may include walking, standing pauses, and gentle somatic movement to support regulation and integration.
Nature-based therapy may be supportive if you:
• Feel more grounded through movement or time outdoors
• Have felt constrained in traditional office settings
• Want care that honors lived experience without pathologizing it
Diagnosis is not required for private-pay therapy. Sessions are weather dependent and transition to telehealth when needed.
My Approach
My work is compassionate, body-centered, and collaborative.
There is no pressure to be calm, positive, or healed. We begin with what is present and move at a pace your system can support.
I integrate:
• Somatic and body-centered therapy
• Nervous system education and regulation
• Relational and trauma-responsive care
• Parts-informed and inner child work
• Shadow exploration and meaning-making
• Mindfulness-based practices
This work is not about fixing you. It is about creating enough safety for your nervous system to respond differently over time. Growth follows safety.
Who I Work With
I primarily work with adult women and teen girls ages 13 and older seeking body-aware, feminine-centered therapy.
Clients often come to therapy navigating:
• Trauma or long-term stress
• Anxiety, depression, or overwhelm
• Burnout and life transitions
• Chronic illness or chronic pain
• Grief and loss
• Neurodivergence including ADHD or autism
• Emotional or relational harm
• Disconnection, numbness, or feeling stuck
You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. A willingness to listen inward is enough.
