Somatic Therapy for Women & Teen Girls (Minnesota)
Gentle, body-centered therapy for lasting healing and self-discovery
You deserve a space where your whole self is welcome—body, mind, and heart.
Through compassionate, body-centered therapy, I support women and teen girls (ages 13+) navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life’s many transitions.
My approach blends somatic therapy, trauma-based mindfulness, and gentle body movement to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and feel safe within yourself again.
This work goes beyond traditional talk therapy. We explore the deeper layers of healing—what your body has held onto, what your mind is ready to release, and how you can rebuild trust in yourself.
What I Offer
Therapy sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we may integrate:
Somatic Therapy: Reconnecting with your body to process stored emotions and trauma in a safe, gentle way.
Trauma-Based Mindfulness: Learning to observe thoughts and sensations with compassion rather than judgment.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed Work: Exploring inner parts of self—such as your inner child, protector, or critic—to foster understanding and healing.
Inner Child Healing & Shadow Exploration: Bringing awareness and compassion to hidden or wounded parts of yourself.
Body Movement & Grounding Practices: Using breathwork, gentle movement, and posture awareness to regulate the nervous system.
Mind-Body Integration: Bridging the gap between emotional and physical wellbeing, helping you build resilience and inner stability.
Each session is guided by your pace and comfort. There is no “right way” to heal—only what feels safe, supportive, and true for you.
Who I Work With
I primarily work with adult women and teen girls (13+) who identify with or are aligned with feminine-centered healing, including those navigating:
Trauma, complex trauma, or PTSD
Anxiety, depression, or chronic stress
Burnout and life transitions
Chronic illness or pain
Grief and loss
Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivity)
Survivors of domestic violence or emotional abuse
Feelings of disconnection, numbness, or being “stuck”
Inner child wounds or parts of self that feel unseen or unheard
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin—just a willingness to start listening inward.
Why Telehealth Therapy?
Healing from home can be powerful.
Telehealth offers the same depth of connection and safety as in-person therapy, while providing additional benefits:
Comfort: Meet from your favorite chair, with your pets nearby, wrapped in a blanket if you like.
Convenience: No commute or travel time—just a quiet, private space that feels right for you.
Accessibility: Available to women and teen girls anywhere in Minnesota, no matter your location.
Flexibility: Easier scheduling and consistent care that fits your life, not the other way around.
Many clients find that being in their own environment allows them to feel more grounded and open—supporting deeper nervous system regulation and self-expression.
