Yoga at the Cultural Center

Yoga is currently on pause due to construction at the New York Mills Regional Cultural Center.

Classes will return once construction is complete. Updates will be shared as soon as a new schedule is available.

Thank you to everyone who has practiced with me and supported these offerings. This space has been something special, and I am looking forward to returning with fresh energy, new class options, and continued opportunities to move and reconnect together.

What to Expect When Classes Return

Classes will continue to offer:

• Gentle, body-led movement
• Options for all experience levels
• A focus on breath, awareness, and nervous system support
• A welcoming, non-judgmental environment

Body-Led Yoga Flow is designed to support nervous system regulation through mindful movement, breath awareness, and body connection.

Whether you are brand new or returning, you are always welcome just as you are.

In the Meantime

You are still allowed to slow down.

Even a few moments of breath, gentle movement, or stepping outside can support your body in meaningful ways. Your practice does not have to be perfect or structured to matter.

Summer Outdoor Yoga (Coming Soon)

Outdoor yoga offerings are being planned for the summer months.

These classes will be gentle, body-led, and held in natural settings to support grounding, movement, and connection with the rhythm of the season.

Details, locations, and schedule will be shared soon.

What to bring

  • Yoga Mat

  • Bring a warm layer or blanket for savasana

  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing

I provide chairs, mats, and blocks for those that need them

Yoga Pass System

To keep things simple and accessible, the following pass options are available:

Standard Rates

  • Drop-in: $18

  • 5-Class Pass: $80

  • 10-Class Pass: $140

Senior Community Rates (60+)

  • Drop-in: $15

  • 5-Class Pass: $65

  • 10-Class Pass: $110

Passes may be used for Friday Body Flow Yoga classes.

Punch cards are valid for 12 months from purchase
