A gentle, body-led yoga flow designed to support midweek grounding, stress relief, and nervous system regulation. This class blends slow, intuitive movement, mindful breath, and simple somatic practices to help you unwind and reconnect with your body.

The $5 community rate is intentionally offered to make yoga more accessible and to encourage newcomers to try a consistent, supportive practice.

This steady weekly offering supports gentle strength, mobility, balance, and nervous system regulation through slow, flowing movement. Fridays are an opportunity to settle your body before the weekend and build a sustainable rhythm of care.

Gentle Chair-Supported Movement

Second Friday of the Month
4 Sessions: February 13, March 13, April 10, May 8, 2026
8:00 am | $10 Drop-In

A gentle, accessible class designed for those who prefer or benefit from seated and supported movement. This practice uses a chair for stability and ease, with options to remain seated or explore supported standing.

This once-monthly offering allows time for social connection before and after class and is especially supportive for older adults, beginners, or anyone seeking a slower pace.

What to bring

  • Yoga Mat

  • Bring a warm layer or blanket for savasana

  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing

I provide chairs, mats, and blocks for those that need them

Yoga Pass System

To keep things simple and accessible, the following pass options are available:

Standard Rates

  • Drop-in: $18

  • 5-Class Pass: $80

  • 10-Class Pass: $140

Senior Community Rates (60+)

  • Drop-in: $15

  • 5-Class Pass: $65

  • 10-Class Pass: $110

Passes may be used for Friday Body Flow Yoga classes.

Punch cards are valid for 12 months from purchase
