A gentle, body-led yoga flow designed to support midweek grounding, stress relief, and nervous system regulation. This class blends slow, intuitive movement, mindful breath, and simple somatic practices to help you unwind and reconnect with your body.
The $5 community rate is intentionally offered to make yoga more accessible and to encourage newcomers to try a consistent, supportive practice.

A gentle, accessible class designed for those who prefer or benefit from seated and supported movement. This practice uses a chair for stability and ease, with options to remain seated or explore supported standing.
This once-monthly offering allows time for social connection before and after class and is especially supportive for older adults, beginners, or anyone seeking a slower pace.
What to bring
Yoga Mat
Bring a warm layer or blanket for savasana
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing
I provide chairs, mats, and blocks for those that need them
