Insurance Therapy
Therapy Using Your Insurance
If using insurance makes therapy more accessible for you, I offer insurance-based telehealth therapy through Headway.
You will still receive the same compassionate, body-centered approach I bring to all of my work. Using insurance simply changes how your sessions are scheduled and billed.
I currently provide telehealth therapy for adults in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Kentucky.
Insurance I Accept
I work with a variety of insurance plans through Headway.
Because insurance participation can vary by state and individual plan, the easiest way to find out whether I am in-network with your specific insurance is through my Headway profile.
There, you can enter your insurance information, view your estimated cost for therapy, and see available appointment times.
What Therapy With Me Looks Like
My approach is body-centered, nervous-system-informed, and grounded in the understanding that many of the patterns we struggle with began as ways of adapting, coping, or protecting ourselves.
I work with women navigating experiences such as:
Trauma & PTSD
Anxiety & depression
ADHD & neurodivergence
Chronic stress & burnout
Life transitions
Chronic illness & pain
Relationship patterns & people-pleasing
Women's issues
Therapy doesn't require you to tell your entire story all at once. We move at a pace that allows space for curiosity, connection, and understanding what your mind and body have been carrying.
Getting Started With Insurance
If you'd like to use insurance for therapy, please begin through my Headway profile rather than the Northwoods private-pay scheduling page.
Headway will guide you through entering your insurance information and reviewing your benefits and estimated costs before scheduling.
Prefer Private-Pay Therapy?
Insurance isn't the right fit for everyone. Private-pay therapy is also available directly through Northwoods Velvære Studio.
You can learn more about session options, rates, and the benefits of working outside of insurance on the Private-Pay Therapy page.
