Private-pay telehealth somatic therapy for women throughout Minnesota and North Dakota.

Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and finding someone who feels like the right fit matters.

At Northwoods Velvære Studio, I provide private-pay telehealth therapy for women throughout Minnesota and North Dakota using The Northwoods Approach—an integrative, body-centered approach that combines somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, inner child work, parts-informed therapy, and shadow work grounded in Jungian psychology.

Whether you're healing from trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, autism, chronic stress, or a major life transition, therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create lasting change at a pace that feels supportive to your nervous system.

Private-Pay Therapy

Why Women Choose Private Pay

Many women choose private-pay therapy because they want care that is personalized, collaborative, and centered on their individual goals rather than insurance requirements.

Private-pay therapy allows us to focus on what matters most to you—not simply what is required for insurance coverage.

Together, we can move at a pace that supports your nervous system while creating space for meaningful healing, deeper self-understanding, and lasting change.

Private-pay therapy allows us to:

  • Tailor therapy to your unique experiences and goals.

  • Move at a pace that feels supportive to your nervous system.

  • Integrate somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, inner child work, parts-informed therapy, and shadow work grounded in Jungian psychology.

  • Focus on long-term healing rather than symptom management alone.

  • Create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, flexibility, and collaboration.

Out-of-Network Benefits

Many insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.

If you would like to seek reimbursement, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company.

Because every insurance plan is different, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn about your specific out-of-network benefits.

Reduced Fee Opportunities

I believe quality mental health care should be as accessible as possible.

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are reserved for women experiencing financial hardship.

Availability is limited and may vary throughout the year. If cost is a concern, please reach out and we can discuss current availability together.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of services before treatment begins.

I am happy to provide this estimate and answer any questions you may have about your investment in therapy.

Ready to Begin?

Taking the first step can feel vulnerable, and you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, autism, chronic stress, or simply looking for a different way forward, therapy offers a place to feel supported, understood, and gently challenged toward lasting change.

If you're ready to begin—or even if you're simply wondering whether we're a good fit—I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
